Product description

7×7 cable consists of 7 individual wires that are laid in a spiral around a center or king wire to form a strand. These strands are then twisted together to form a cable. Each wire is hot-dipped in galvanized steel and the finished cable is covered in a PVC coating for even better corrosion resistance. The cable measures 1/8 in with the PVC coating and 3/32 in when stripped. Typical applications include use as garage door cables, for tie-downs, in dog runs, for hanging signs, and as guy wires for antennas and flagpoles. Sold by the Foot.
