The Alfa Pizza Hybrid Kit for Brio Gas Fired Oven turns your gas-fired oven into a wood-burning oven. All it take simple steps: cover the burner on the left with the lid for protection and then use the wood holder to wedge th firewood. The fire will burn opposite of the burner and never directly on the lid. Be sure to verify that the burne working properly before switching back to gas.
